Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing strategies across online, offline, print, and exhibitions/trade shows to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and ex*****on capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Online Marketing
Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Create engaging content (visual & written) for website, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms.
Manage website updates and coordinate with agencies/teams for performance tracking and lead generation.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for continuous improvement.
Offline & Print Marketing
Develop brochures, product catalogs, flyers, case studies, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality ex*****on.
Build marketing collaterals for channel partners, dealers, and distributors.
Exhibitions, Events & Trade Shows
Plan and execute participation in national and international exhibitions, industry events, and conferences.
Oversee stall design, branding, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead generation and customer engagement during events.
Brand & Market Development
Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
Manage corporate branding, PR activities, and media relationships.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
Support dealer/distributor marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial equipment, appliances, or B2B manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaigns).
Proven experience in managing exhibitions and corporate events.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
Creative mindset with strong project management and vendor coordination abilities.
