Today, we celebrate one such person.
Bhagwan Pingulkar joined Harkesh Rubber at the age of 22 bright-eyed, early in his career, and ready to take ownership. A decade later, at 32, he marks a milestone that speaks volumes: 10 years with his very first organisation, leading our accounts and finance function single-handedly from day one.
That's not just loyalty. That's the kind of commitment that becomes the backbone of a company.
Through every growth phase, every challenge, every new chapter Bhagwan was steady. Keeping the numbers right, the processes intact, and the trust unbroken.
