Struct-Mast Engineers (SME) believes when the organisation works sincerely with vision the growth and success is bound to rise in leaps and bounds. While celebrating Engineer's day, we have resolved we will use apt technology in all our works. The Government of India (GOI) and the Engineers from India has put up the efforts to deliver the works in terms of progress and quality to bring India into the Club of 100 Nations. The GOI has eased the rules and working conditions which made India jump by 30 in total of 190 Nations to 100. The reforms by GOI has proved very beneficial for the Nation. Hence, to sustain the pride as SME we have decided to adhered to strict policy adhering to right attitude and discipline which is likely to boost our progress.
As a Civil engineers and that to in major repairs and new construction our role is to execute construction activities. This would involve planning requirements with clients, designing the project and blueprints using computer aided design, undertaking feasibility tests, assessing environmental risks and impact, preparing bids for tenders, managing the process at each stage and ensuring that work happens smoothly and is completed by the deadline with zero accidents and observing environment friendly approach for which our engineers and key persons from artisans will be specially trained by the competent persons to meet the targets cost effectively.
