oup. Mr Kartik Modi is an Interior Designer and has worked with one of India’s most respected and largest Architectural firms. He has a wide range of experience in interiors – commercial and hospitality industries. Transform is a young company and has been in the industry for 5 years and is growing at a rapid pace. The core competency of the company has been its execution skills in the Commercial & Hospitality sector and specifically in the standalone fine dining restaurant space. Some of the large clients for whom we have rolled out a chain of restaurants are the Indage Group (Athena-Prive, Mimosa, Tantra, Zaha at Leela etc), JSM Corp (Hard Rock Café), Speciality Restaurants (Mainland China), Sukh Sagar Group (City Bar, Zaffran ). We have also executed a Food Court for GVK Group – Hyderabad. Apart for these we have also executed standalone restaurants for many new entrants in the field of Hospitality. We have also executed commercial projects for Classic Strips Ltd, Enercon Ltd, TCS (thru VSL) Nirlon Ltd, etc
The genesis of the company is having a strong interior and project management skills which is essentially required in high end commercial and Hospitality projects which has been our forte. Transform consciously limits itself to the hospitality sector to remain focussed and emerge as a leading name in this sector which remains our guiding vision. We also have an in-house facility for manufacturing tables, dining and lounge chairs, sofas, storage units, miscellaneous custom made furniture and fabrication works etc required for this type of work . We have a Pan India presence of having executed and managed projects in the major cities like New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai etc. and in smaller cities/towns such as Chandigarh, Hubli, Mangalore , Ambala, Ludhiana etc.
