Location – Mira Road, Mumbai

Designation: Purchase Executive / Associate

Experience Required – Minimum 1 Year to 3 Years

CTC – Based on your current CTC

Industry – Construction/ Facade Industry

Job Responsibility

• Candidates must be from Façade / Construction industry only
• Candidates must have good knowledge in overall purchase / Inventory management
• Ensuring goods receipts as per order and issue of materials as per the unit requirement
• Look after material dispatch
• Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly consumption & stock reports
• Coordination with courier / Vendors / suppliers regarding stock inward / payments & issues, etc

• Skills Required:
• Negotiation
• Strong Analytical and sharp mind to quickly grasp product information
• Excellent communication skills to deal with mid-senior management, Vendors / suppliers etc
• Management of Material Resource
• Time Management
• Operations Analysis

Montecarlo Corporate Office curtain wall system performance test completed and passed!

Thank you LORD Allah to the people who made it possible. Now to produce and install the unique panels having combined rhombus, trapezoidal, triangular, and rectangular panels.

In addition to this, KKH is installing specially processed SageGlass from SaintGobain that TINTS or CLEARS ON DEMAND!

Activated by a low electric current, SageGlass adapts its light and heat transmission to the level of sunlight and the building's ambient temperature, while maintaining a view to the outdoors.

KK Holding has been challenged to produce and install diamond shaped unitized curtain wall panels along the main facade wall of the structure.

KK Holding will also incorporate SageGlass from SaintGobain along the West elevation of the building. SageGlass tints or clears on demand, activated by a low current allowing the panel to adapt its light and heat transmission to the level of sunlight and building's ambient temperature while maintaining a view to the outdoors.

In addition to this, KKH is installing specially laminated glass with 3M dichroic film interlayer to give the building its unique appearance!
