New part-time professional services are now available from KDECCS with effect from New Year 2026, covering billing, reconciliation, rate analysis, tendering, contractual correspondence, claims and technical audits for construction projects.

Offered services
1. Monthly bill submission to clients with proper supporting documents and backups, ensuring timely RA/IPC billing and clear traceability of quantities and payments.
2. Complete reconciliation of project construction materials (client-supplied and contractor-procure), including consumption vs. issue records and stock balance statements.
3. Rate analysis for deviated, extra and non-BOQ/analogue items as per applicable guidelines as well as actual inputs (labour, machinery, materials, overheads, profit).
4. Tender preparation for bids, including item-rate build-up, EPC cost estimation from drawings, preparation of tender documents/BOQ, and follow‑ups until tender closure.
5. Contractual correspondence and regular communication on all matters, including notices, clarifications, minutes of meetings, and routine contract letters and emails.
6. Claims preparation under contract conditions with proper documentary proof, covering delay, disruption, extra works and other entitlements, along with quantification and supporting analysis.
7. Internal technical audit of projects focusing on measurements, billing, material reconciliation, compliance with contract specifications and identification of risks or leakages.

Payment terms will be discussed, communicated and mutually negotiated after receiving your detailed requirements for the specific services needed.
