Magus Infra Tech Pvt Ltd Asmeeta Infotech It Park

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding pending payments for piling work completed by our company, Jilani Piletech Pvt Ltd, at the Asmeeta Industrial Park, specifically at Building No. E-10, in Bhiwandi. Our firm was engaged as a subcontractor by Jai Hari Enterprise, who in turn was working under the main contractor, Magus International.

Despite completing the piling work as per the agreed terms and conditions, we have not received payment for our services for the past six months. Despite regular follow-ups with Jai Hari Enterprise, we have been informed that they are awaiting payment from Magus International. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, the representatives of Magus International have not responded to our calls and messages, leaving us in a difficult financial situation.

In light of the above circumstances, we urge all relevant parties to exercise caution when dealing with entities operating within the Asmeeta Industrial Park, as it appears that there are issues with payment settlements. We request that necessary measures be taken to ensure that contractors and subcontractors receive timely payments for their work.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that it will be resolved in a fair and timely manner.
