We closed FY26 on a strong note for Usha Martin.

The Company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹3,691 crore. Operating EBITDA stood at ₹705 crore, reflecting YoY growth of 18.1%, while Profit After Tax stood at ₹491 crore, registering YoY growth of 20.9%.

Beyond the numbers, FY26 was marked by meaningful progress on our key priorities — deepening our focus on value-added and high-performance solutions, strengthening global distribution and customer reach, improving operating efficiencies, and investing in modernisation across our facilities.

Usha Martin Limited has relaunched the Second 100-Day Campaign – “Saksham Niveshak” from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026 focusing on shareholders whose dividends remain unclaimed, with an emphasis on KYC updation and related compliance measures.

Through this campaign, the Company seeks to proactively engage with its shareholders to facilitate updating their KYC details, bank mandates, and other relevant information. This initiative is aimed at ensuring timely processing of pending dividend claims by the Company, while also preventing transfer of shares to the IEPFA.

Shareholders holding shares in dematerialized form are requested to reach out to their respective Depository Participant (DP) to update their KYC and other details.

Our CSR arm, Usha Martin Foundation, continues to work towards promoting sustainable livelihoods across rural villages in Ranchi.

Through its recent initiatives, the Foundation has undertaken efforts to promote digital awareness and computer literacy among differently abled individuals, while also facilitating access to government support systems. Participants received hands-on training in basic computer operations, internet usage, and digital tools, enabling them to build pathways toward meaningful livelihoods. The Foundation also distributed tricycles, wheelchairs, and hearing aids to differently abled individuals, ensuring access to mobility and support that enhances daily life.

In addition, exclusive skill development trainings in stitching and handicrafts have been conducted, empowering individuals from disadvantaged and differently abled communities to create sustainable sources of income. These programmes concluded with certification, affirming skill recognition and enhancing future employability.

Usha Martin Foundation remains committed to driving meaningful change by empowering weaker sections of society and contributing to the development of rural communities.
