We are constantly evolving and adapting, not only because business does not stay still but also because we like to explore new ideas. g, assembling, integrating hardware and software, testing and finally offering solutions for commissioning. Our world-renowned cooperation partner Thales, identifying us as their Key Industrial Partner has enabled us to emerge as the largest suppliers of the wheel detection solution (also known as Digital Axle Counter) in the Signalling arena in India. A feather in the cap has been piloting of Thales’s advanced train protection system - European Train Control System (ETCS Level 1) for The Indian Railways. Furthermore, Eldyne has expanded its wide range of Relay production with the best quality “Q” Series Safety Signalling Relays that is manufactured at the Kolkata workshop since 1987. Being one of the market leaders in country the business is growing exponentially further. We also have Kyosan Japan as our equity partner. This has helped us champion not only much larger projects for our Digital Axle Counter business but also enabled us to explore into the new world of Electronic Interlocking business. A recent endeavour has been in the domain of Internet of Things (IoT) with Jars Kolkata to address the need for shifting to predictive and preventive maintenance from the scheduled maintenance regime, through condition monitoring of any assets, which covers electrical utilities, bridge structures
or any kind of equipment or machinery. We believe in building strong relationships that last a lifetime. At Eldyne, safety is not an initiative, it is a responsibility we carry towards every individual who is part of our journey.

As we observed the 55th National Safety Week, guided by the theme “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety,” we were reminded that the strength of any organisation lies in how deeply it values the well being of its people.

The week began with a simple yet meaningful act, Lamp Lighting and a collective Safety Pledge symbolising our shared commitment. What followed were thoughtful efforts towards preparedness and awareness, from hands on fire safety training to an engaging safety quiz and a mock drill that reinforced our readiness in moments that matter most. We concluded by recognising the spirit of participation across teams and by once again reaffirming our pledge to uphold safety in both action and intent.

At its core, safety is not defined by policies alone, but by the choices we make every day for ourselves and for one another.

Pre-Diwali Celebrations at Eldyne!

The Eldyne family came together to celebrate the joyous occasion of Diwali with warmth, creativity, and festive spirit!

The celebration began with the lighting of diyas by senior members of the Eldyne family, marking the start of an evening filled with light and togetherness. The event featured a series of engaging activities including a diya decoration competition, dumb charades, and antakshari, filling the office with laughter and festive energy.

There was also an in-house musical performance by our talented colleagues that added rhythm and cheer to the celebration. The entire office glowed beautifully with diyas and lights, creating a vibrant and joyful ambiance.

We concluded the evening with a delightful high tea and evening snacks, and every team member received thoughtfully curated Diwali hampers as a token of appreciation and festive cheer.
