🏔️HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS, PROFESSOR AVISEK TUNGA🏔️
Founder — Dquests Adventure Sports Academy
Faculty — Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology
🇮🇳 Trans Himalaya Guinness World Record Expedition Finisher 🇮🇳 Some achievements go beyond medals, beyond certificates — they become pure inspiration. Avisek has done exactly that.

After 20 days, 17 hours, and 30 minutes of unimaginable endurance and relentless grit, he has conquered one of the toughest ultra-cycling routes — the spine of the mighty Himalayas. 🚴‍♂️ Distance: 3700 km
⛰️ Elevation Gain: 17,056 m
🌦️ Conditions: Rain, windstorms, floods, mud, endless mountain climbs, sleepless nights. From the rugged terrains of Leh, Ladakh to the final frontier at Kibithu, Arunachal Pradesh — the easternmost motorable point of India —this expedition was not just a cycling journey.
It was a living example of what unshakable willpower, passion, and sheer mental strength can achieve.
He fought through brutal weather, mechanical breakdowns, punctures, and exhaustion… but never once did he give up.
Because some battles are won not by speed, but by heart.

🔥 “Mountains test your limits, but passion defines them.” This incredible achievement isn’t just his victory — it’s an inspiration for every dreamer who dares to push beyond the ordinary. As colleagues, we couldn’t be prouder to witness history being written so close to home.

🌍 Trans Himalaya Expedition — Completed.
📜 History Created. 💪 Salute to the Iron Will of Professor Avisek Tunga.

✨ Pichutane – A Beautiful Goodbye ✨

They say engineers build the future, but today, they built memories that will last a lifetime.
Though the ratio may have been skewed, and mechanical engineering often seen as a “boys' club,” this year was different.
A few, but fierce. A handful, but heartfelt.
Our incredible final year students of Mechanical Engineering – especially the brilliant women among them – reminded us that strength, grace, and innovation know no gender. 🌸

Pichutane was not just an event.
It was a celebration of bonds forged in classrooms, in labs, over chai, over tears, over laughter.
The way you all planned, coordinated, and poured your heart into every detail... it was nothing short of magical.

From the handmade decorations to the soulful music, from the funny awards to the teary speeches—
Everything reflected one truth:
This batch has not just learned mechanical engineering; they’ve learned love, resilience, leadership, and friendship. 💖

As we all look forward, let’s carry the warmth of today into tomorrow.
Let’s promise to never forget where we came from, and never stop being proud of who we’ve become.

Here's to farewells that feel like hugs, and memories that never fade.
Here's to Pichutane. And here’s to all of you. 💫
