Society strongly believes that without people’s participation and involvement process of sustainable development cannot be initiated and sustained. Here, for us participation and involvement has a definite meaning. For us participation means involvement in decision making processes. Therefore; while organizing any activity, organization takes care that people are involved in this process of decision making. Once they are involved in this process of decision making it becomes easy for preparing them to contribute the resources. Participation in decision making and contribution of resources really gives the people a feeling that they are the partners in the process. Finally REDIF Organization intends to initiate a process of self-sustained, self-reliant process of development in the communities. With this approach and strategies REDIF works with PEOPLE DOWN TO EARTH LEVEL. hence, If we want, can we changes our things. come on the way of change the environment for rural public. A Decade of Hope. A Lifetime of Service.
On this Foundation Day, my heart is filled with gratitude.
Ten years ago, on 22 July 2015, we started the Rural Environmental Development & Implementation Foundation (RediF) with a simple dream—to stand beside those who needed support, not only in words, but through meaningful action.
Every tree planted, every child encouraged to continue education, every woman empowered through Self Help Groups, every health awareness camp, every family helped during difficult times, and every smile we have witnessed has become a part of our journey.
This foundation was never about me. It belongs to every volunteer, donor, supporter, and well-wisher who believed that together we can build a better society.
As we celebrate our 10th Foundation Day, I renew my commitment to serve with honesty, compassion, and dedication. Our mission continues until every rural family has access to opportunities, dignity, education, and hope.
Thank you for walking beside us over the last decade. Your trust is our greatest strength.
Together, let us continue to serve, inspire, and create a brighter tomorrow.
