This is what the inside of a commitment looks like.
Somewhere between the first column base plate and the last purlin bolt, a project stops being a drawing and becomes a building.
These photos are from our current PEB works at an active industrial site. What you are looking at:
- A large-span structural steel frame rising in the middle of a live
- Roof purlins and secondary beams being placed while operations continue around us
- A team coordinating steel er****on, safety, and sequence - without disrupting the client’s production
Working inside a live industrial facility is a different skill set from building on an open greenfield. Every lift is planned. Every movement is coordinated. Every day has a plan - and a DPR to prove we followed it.
