Digilogic Systems Limited has delivered its highest-ever profitability in FY26, driven by strong ex*****on, operational efficiency, and continued momentum in India's defence and aerospace sector.

FY26 Highlights:
-- Total Income grew 8.4% YoY to ₹78.27 Cr (in Rs.)
-- EBITDA increased 16.5% YoY to ₹15.18 Cr
-- EBITDA Margin expanded to 20%
-- PAT surged 33.8% YoY to ₹10.43 Cr, Margins at 13.5%
-- Free Cash Flow from Operations stood at ₹12.63 Cr
-- Debt Equity Ratio reduced sharply to 0.04x

Key Growth Drivers:
-- Successfully listed on BSE SME in January 2026 and raised ₹69.66 Cr.
-- Commenced Project Udaan, a 65,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
