KOREA AGRICULTURE TECHNOLOGY HELPING INDIAN FARMERS,FPOS, SHGS AND AGRI COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES
Korea Delegation of 16 companies South Korea realated to agriculture and food processing visited India and attended Agri Intex 2024 at Codessia Trade Fair Complex which was supported by KOAT (Korea Agriculture Technology Promotion Agency) and KAMICO(Korea Agriculture Machinery Industry Cooperative) organized by Mr Calvin Yi, Chairman of Wevio Global Group(KAMICO INDIA) and Ambassador of Korea Business Federation of SMEs (KBIZ) for India and USA.
Wevio is official representative of KAMICO for India, heading the delegation is to establish Biliteral Trade Relationship with India which will help indian farmers and support for enhancing fatm mechanization and post harvest value addition through food processing.
KOAT doing test bed project 4th year in India working PJTSAU, NHRDF, ICAR through Wevio Global and willing to explore more with other institutions and partners in state to discuss potential local demands to provide best technology solutions of Korea.
Mr Calvin Yi impressed about the Agri Intex Event and appreciated Codessia for organizing great event and platform for Korean companies to promote and find Indian partners. Through the event LeeHwa Industry a food processing machinery manucaturer signed partnership contact with Indian counter partner for half milion USD. Wevio Global already having their Incubation at PJTSAU, NI-MSME and looking forward for collaboration for partners from other states of India.
He said that Wevio Global Group is doing this business development for one reason! Increase Indian farmer's additional incomes through technology, best farming practice and machinery by working with state and central government organizations, associations, institutions of research and finance of India for subsidiaries and grants to support farmers. Wevio Global Group now MoU with FPOs, FPO federations, agricultural societies, NGOs and also partnership with financial groups in India like Samunnati, Rural Banks and many others.
KAMICO INDIA is actively working with India agriculture echo system partners from other government and private sector to bring best Korean technologies coming to India to serve local needs and also Global demands through Make in India with Korea proven R&D and technology. He also expressed that initiatives not only helping empowerment of rural development and also industry growth between India and Korea.

With a vision of commercializing the most innovative agriculture technologies through India as hub for agriculture and manufacturing products for global.
KAMICO INDIA having office Hyderabad and also incubation center at bith PJTSAU and NI-MSME, working closely with India as well as Korea to Identify, Incubate, certification, piloting and commercializing the Korean Agriculture Technology including Machinery, Seed, Food Tech, Smart Farming Solutions through Promotion, Distribution and Eventually Make In India.
Dr. Jonghyun Ko, Head of Research and Business Development for Indian Projects KOAT, South Korea along with the companies of Korea agriculture machinery, echo friendly fertilizer and food processing machinery manufacturers have visited and attended India Korea Agriculture Technology Collaboration Event at AgriIntex 2024, and expressed interest in exploring the opportunities to develop various project that help farmers welfare, rural development and industry growth between India and Korea.
KAMICO INDIA is working with KOAT for the Test Bed projects from 2019 for validating the fertilizer, farm machinery and food processing machinery to ensure the suitability for the Indian Agro Climatic zones which will help bring the right technology and products to Indian agriculture and food processing Industry.
