****MS Project Workshop by CEA****
Planning is undoubtedly, the most critical part of a project. Commissioning a large scale project within the constraints of time, money, manpower and supplies is a demanding task. Hence, the fact that project managers get paid well isn’t that surprising.
In this context, Civil Engineering Association is conducting a workshop on MS Project, a popular project management software that aids in planning, resource allocation and progress tracking. The workshop is led by Mr Jochan Joseph who is currently working as an Executive Engineer in Kerala Water Authority. Having undertaken numerous ventures in both the public and private sector, usage of project management software is routine work for him. Therefore, it is beyond doubt that the session will be beneficial to interested folks.

Civil Engineering Association takes the utmost pleasure in hosting Mr Madan Kumar Annam, Head of Engineering, Keller Group for an invited lecture on 28th September (Friday) 4:00 - 5:00 p.m in F208. The title of the presentation is “Understanding of Foundations: Success of Civil Engineer”. With an industry experience of over 23 years, it goes without saying that this talk would be highly beneficial for students interested in the field.
