We are pleased to inform you of the successful restoration, overhauling, er****on, and commissioning of Unit #2 of the BHEL make 2 ร 525 MW TG set on 19 December 2025 at JSPL, Angul, Odisha.
Unit #1, commissioned by us last year, has been operating successfully. With Unit #2 now completed, both units have been executed and commissioned successfully on a back-to-back basis.
Following the success of Unit #1, we received a repeat order for Unit #2. Additionally, we successfully completed the dismantling and transportation of a BHEL 500 MW TG set, including removal of a 275-tonne generator stator using the strand jack method, from Tata Power Trombay, Mumbai, to JSPL, Angul by July 2024.
With this, we have completed three consecutive projects above 500 MW capacity.
We thank all our customers and vendors for their continued support over the past 25 years. TESPL is fully equipped to handle TG sets up to 800 MW capacity, and we look forward to continued collaboration.
