Some of our women colleagues recently took part in “Stree Shakti: Empowered to Lead,” a leadership programme organised by the ACMA Mobility Foundation.

The session focused on building leadership capability, confidence, executive presence, and decision-making, along with work-life integration. It brought together experiential learning, self-assessments, and action planning exercises, led by industry experts and academicians.

We are pleased to share that Piyush Lilaramani, Head of Brand and Communications, PVNA Group, delivered a keynote address at the Autotech Asia & Battery Tech 2026 conference held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

In his address, he spoke about the evolving role of communication in shaping consumer adoption of electric mobility in India. As the industry transitions, building awareness, trust, and clarity around EVs remains critical to accelerating adoption at scale.

The session brought together industry leaders to discuss key aspects of safety, standards, and the future of mobility.

We thank the International Federation of Electric Vehicle Association (IFEVA) for the opportunity to contribute to this important conversation.
