Behind every reliable monitor is a team that answers when it matters most.

Meet Rishab Tyagi, Assistant Manager, Customer Support (Service Centre) at Nihon Kohden India.

With years in the healthcare industry, his work comes down to three things: be fast, be present, and keep patient safety first.

He recalls a critical escalation at a hospital where every minute counted. The quickest way to resolve it was to be there, so the team went in person and fixed it on site.

The appreciation that followed was a reminder of why service work matters: when the response is fast, clinical teams can keep watching over their patients without interruption.

Rishab also reflects on building a career with a Japanese company in India:
