Job Title: Sales Engineer โ Atlas Copco Compressors
Location: Vasundhara Ghaziabad
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth of Atlas Copco air compressors and related equipment by developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent technical and commercial support.
Key Responsibilities
โข Generate new business leads through market visits, cold calls, references, and channel partners.
โข Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
โข Promote Atlas Copco compressors, dryers, filters, spare parts, and service solutions.
โข Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable compressor solutions.
โข Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
โข Follow up on offers, close orders, and ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
โข Coordinate with service and logistics teams for smooth installation and commissioning.
โข Maintain records, sales reports, forecasts, and territory planning.
โข Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
Required Skills & Qualifications
โข Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
โข 2โ5 years of experience in industrial equipment / compressor / capital goods sales.
โข Good knowledge of air compressors.
โข Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
โข Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
โข Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
โข Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
โข Valid driving license preferred.
