The Ceiling Space War Nobody Talks About
Imagine you're standing on-site.

"The cable trays were approved first."
Then the Structural Engineer joins:
"There's a beam exactly where all of you want to build."

With BIM coordination, these conflicts are identified in the model—not on the jobsite.
Without BIM coordination, every discipline works blindly.
