This is one of the modern Plastic components painting paint shop which has Dust Free Environment & capable of painting Bumpers to small components & Futuristic provision of Robotic Painting. Environmental friendly paint sludge removal by centrifuge process is also installed. In addition to this Facility of Powder Coating Paint shop work in progress will be ready in months’ time. The powder coating
plant will have a 9 tank Tri Cation phosphating process, with a capacity of 1000/sq mtr/ per day. MDS Coating I Pvt Ltd commits to give excellent OEM Quality so as components will directly go to assembly shop & will have consistency. Subhash Charhate and Mr. Mahendra Rawat will take care of MDS Coatings.The plant is designed & executed by Electrocoat Equipment India P Ltd. In future they will plan to set up PT / CED Paint shops to meet the objectives to serve multiple customers of Plastic Powder and CED coatings. The plant was inaugurated by Rajesh Sinha Sr V.P. Manufacturing , John Deere (I) Pvt. MDS Coating has a vision to set up a Cluster Paint Shop at Pithampur in 2 years time and four more futuristic State of Art Auto cluster Paint Shop at Sanand ,Pune ,Chennai and Delhi NCR
