Hi,
Yesterday i had attended one webnair,topic was "Application of Remote sensing and GIS in CIVIL engineering."
In this session three topic were covered.
1) Fundamentals of Remote sensing concept,sensors,Data availability & its Applications
2) Overview of Geospatial Technnology fo Hydrological models
3)Global Navigational Satellite and Augmentation systems
All the topic were very inforamtive for me.Out three, the 3rd topic lecture given by Prof. R.D. Garg sir I.I.T. Roorkee.
He explained this typical topic in very easy way.Few of points i want to share all of you.

Now days to know the exact position of a object over the earth surface can be found by using GPS system ,anywhere ,anytime,in all weather conditions.
