2. Providing concepts in co-ordination with Architects & other service consultants.

aration of initial design studies, consistent with the design theme being built up for the project and coordinated via meetings with the client’s and Architects and with other service consultants. These initial studies will illustrate the water source/drainage disposal location, plant room location, AHU Room Location, HVAC Equipments Placements, requirement of service duct, water storage details, Cable trenches, EB Room, Transformer Yard and so on. Documentations and Drawings:
4. Preparation of Design Brief Report.
5. Preparation of preliminary scheme drawings like HVAC Ducting Routing, HVAC Equipments Placements, UG sump details, site plan indicating water supply and drainage schematic, toilet details, Power Room Layout, Transformer Yard, Internal & External Lighting, Cable Trenching, Electrical SLD.,
6. Preparation of detailed working drawing like Complete HVAC Systems Designs, toilet details, schematic diagrams, equipment layouts, interconnecting piping details, Electrical Distribution Panel Drawings and hence along
7. Preparation of budgetary estimates, technical specifications and bill of quantities / documentation for the above said works. HVAC Equipment & Ancillary Works
b. Internal Water Supply and Drainage Works. c. External Water Supply and Drainage Works. d. Water Treatment Plant (WTP) /RO Plant
e. Solar water heating (SWH). f. Hydro pneumatic pump/ transfer pumps and appurtenances. g. Electrical Cables & Provisions
h. Transformer Yard / Power Room /Generator / UPS Backup for the common amenities
8. Serve the clients in calling for tender, evaluating tenders received, tender interviews and present a report to the Owner / Client. III. Construction/Execution/Handing over the project:
9. Conduct periodical visits to site during the construction/ as and when needed, to ascertain the character of work and access the progress as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
10. To review contractors shop drawings and submittals.
11. To inspect for substantial completion and final completion certificate and issue the same to contractor with the Clients permission.
12. Supervision of final testing and commissioning of the entire system and successfully handing over the Project.
