A Large Machinery Manufacturing unit is launched in Chennai, near Sriperumbudur for producing Low cost CNC Machines in a area of around 35 Acres with the full Infrastructure of Latest Technology Building 3 Lac Sq ft. This Plant has Gantry type CNC Double Column VMC & HMC Floor type Machineries which has a capacity to Produce heavy work pieces for Aerospace, Power Generation, Wind Turbine, Oil Exploration , Heavy Machinery, Die-Mould Industry and Heavy Construction. This Plant also has Heat Treatment Unit, Motor Manufacturing Machines & other Tool room Machineries.
We can State that this is one of the Latest Technology Plant, they have Introduced in a aim of Producing Mother machines like CNC Machine Tools, Special purpose machine,etc. Consumer good Manufacturing like Textile Machinery, Fabric Processing machines and Plastic Moldings Machines.
Most of the Sub elements of the machines tools like Linear motion Guideways, Ball Screws, Bearings, Limit Switches, Auto Tool Changers, Tool Turret, Tool Clamp Circuits & other CNC Systems are Sourced from Overseas and Installed as a Inbuilt Project with a net worth of Approximately 40 Crores.
Before starting the Production, Due to Financial Liability issues the Plant is Closed & All the machines are Purchased by us. Now the machines are available for sale as a Whole unit as well as Individual.
