Variant 706: Also available in 40 mm

The Variant 706 is also available in a 40 mm pressure wheel configuration. In addition to the existing 20 mm version, this new variant meets customer demand for wider welds in spriegel reinforcement applications.

The Variant 706 is designed for efficient reinforcement welding with its dual-nozzle concept, enabling simultaneous welding from both sides and high productivity in truck tarpaulin, spriegel reinforcement and similar applications. In addition to the existing 20 mm version, it is now also available in a 40 mm pressure wheel configuration to meet customer demand for wider welds.

The new variant is equipped with left and right 40 mm nozzles as well as matching left and right 40 mm pressure wheels. This allows customers to weld 40 mm reinforcements with the same proven Variant 706 concept. The machine continues to offer simultaneous welding from both sides, making it ideal for spriegel reinforcements and similar applications with reinforcement widths from 120 to 400 mm.

An Expanded Option for your Reinforcement Applications

With the new 40 mm version, the Variant 706 portfolio now meets additional customer requirements for spriegel reinforcements and similar applications. This gives manufacturers more flexibility to select the configuration that best fits their application needs.

Children’s pool waterproofing with Leister and Renolit

A newly renovated children’s paddling pool will be completed at Regibad Zurzach in time for the 2026 swimming season. Thanks to high-quality pool liners from RENOLIT and efficient welding equipment from Leister, children can enjoy more fun in the water and pool builders can benefit from maximum efficiency.

Renovation with a focus on safety and durability

The Zurzach Regibad is one of the most popular outdoor pools in the region. In order to offer our youngest bathers even greater safety and comfort in the future, the children's paddling pool underwent extensive renovation in the winter of 2026. In addition to dismantling existing surfaces and structures, the project also includes adapting the piping, optimizing the attractions, and completely relining the pools. Classic concrete paddling pools in particular pose an increased risk of abrasions and minor injuries due to their hard surface and require intensive maintenance. Proud to be part of the prestigious Tensile Architecture Workshop – Tenseo 2026 held in New Delhi on 15–16 March.
