Our project scope covered the complete BDU assembly design, from requirement capture and DVPR ex*****on to B-sample development for housing interface and design freeze.

The challenge? Build a scalable common-core architecture capable of supporting testing up to 450A, while addressing high-voltage safety, packaging efficiency, and rigorous testing requirements.
