💢 Team SKYLIM at 5th Circle level Seminar of Indian Buildings Congress 💢
We witness the participation of senior members of IBC-Odisha chapter , Sri G. N. Sahu, Sri Pramod Nayak, Sri Durga Prasanna Mishra, and Sri Niroj Das along with Sri Priyabrata Samantray, CE-Buildings & Sri Satyabrata Behera, EIC-Civil whose presence and guidance enriched the discussions and inspired all participants.
The seminar sessions were enlightening and knowledge-packed, thanks to the distinguished speakers who shared their expertise across diverse aspects of building maintenance and management:

💢 Er. Sanjit Kr. Acharya, GM, Dynamic Engineering – Industrial Building Maintenance
Each presentation brought valuable insights, bridging traditional wisdom and modern technological perspectives in the field of maintenance engineering.
A special appreciation goes to Sri Ashok Kumar Khatua, Chief Engineer, CPWD, for his outstanding presentation on Building Maintenance Modules, supported by his team of Executive Engineers , one of the true highlights of the evening.
Our heartfelt thanks also to Sri Ashok Basa, Adviser, IBC–Odisha, for his insightful feedback and inspiring words, and to Sri Manoranjan Misra , Former Addl Secy, Works deptt, Govt of Odisha for his excellent summarisation of the day’s proceedings, beautifully capturing the key learnings of the seminar.

The evening concluded on a spiritually fulfilling note with the serving of Mahaprasad from Sri Mandir, Puri, marking a blessed end to a day filled with learning, collaboration, and camaraderie.
