It's the complete front head lamp unit for a Honda scooter - the K0Y series code is used for Honda Dio BS6 . This is what a workshop would replace if the headlight glass / reflector is broken.

It's the redesigned LED position lamp that Honda added with the BS4 update. It will NOT fit Activa 5G / old Dio - the mounting points are different.

What it does • It's not the headlight itself. It's the daytime running / position light - always on with ignition, makes the scooter visible. • Full LED type, low power draw, plug-and-play with the white 2-pin coupler you can see at the bottom. • Improves visibility and is a legal requirement for a position lamp.

How to check if it's genuine

Your box has 2 ways:

Physical: Silver circular holder with 6 large oval roller pockets and 6 small mounting holes. It's the outer retainer that holds the one-way rollers/springs.

What it does
It's not the main clutch that you use to change gears. This one sits with the starter system. It allows the starter motor to turn the engine over to start it, but freewheels once the engine starts, so the engine doesn't drive the starter motor backwards. When it fails you get starter motor spinning free, grinding noise at start, or bike not cranking.

What you have in this video is a Cam Shaft Assembly Set for KTM 390 - aftermarket / OEM-compatible.

What it is:
• Box marking: PRODUCT: CAM SHAFT ASSY / KTM 390 / 1 NOS / MAKE IN INDIA - brand RR. Handwritten KTM 390 Cam SHAFT • Inside: 2 pieces - Intake + Exhaust camshaft with timing gear / sprocket pre-fitted. KTM 390 engine is DOHC, 4-valve, so it uses 2 separate camshafts. • Left in photo 2 is the intake cam, right one is the exhaust cam - you can see the auto-decompression mechanism on one lobe, that's normal for the exhaust side on 390.

Function:
Camshaft controls valve timing - opens/closes intake (36mm) and exhaust (30mm) valves via rocker arms, driven by timing chain. Lift and timing is what makes the 390's character.

Compatibility:
This set fits:
• KTM Duke 390 (2013-2023) Gen 1 & 2 • KTM RC 390 (2013-2023) • Also same platform: Bajaj Dominar 400 / Husqvarna 401 uses similar cam architecture, but check part numbers - 390 spec is different.

Material & Type:
• Hardened EN steel / chilled cast iron, induction hardened lobes, machined journals • Gear with lightening holes + timing marks. Aftermarket like yours is made in India (Raj Ratna type), not KTM PowerParts boxed original, but is direct fit.

When you need to replace it:
• Ticking noise from head, hard starting, low compression, worn lobe / pitting, cam bearing seizure - very common on 390 if oil level low or oil change delayed.

Installation notes:
• Always replace as a pair, check rocker arms and cam bearings at same time • Valve clearance cold: Intake 0.10-0.15mm, Exhaust 0.15-0.20mm • Needs proper timing - cam gear dot to head mark, torque nut for timing chain sprocket.

It is a Wet Clutch type plate with 100mm outer diameter - works inside engine oil.

What it does:
These are the friction discs inside your engine's clutch assembly. When you pull the clutch lever, these plates separate to disconnect engine power from the gearbox. When released, they grip together to transmit power. Worn plates cause clutch slipping, loss of pickup, hard gear shifting, and low mileage.

What it is:
It's an aftermarket replacement lever made of polished aluminium alloy. The ball-end is for grip, the other end has the pivot hole and slot for the brake cable/ master cylinder push pin. This one is for the front disc brake side (right-hand side).

It's a common fast-moving spare for TVS Raider 125cc BS6. KO-697B is the manufacturer pattern number - not the genuine TVS OEM number, but compatible.

What it does

This is the stationary part of the magneto / generator inside the left side engine cover. It has 18 copper windings.
1. When engine runs, the flywheel magnet rotates around it and it generates AC current 2. That current goes to the RR unit to charge the battery and power lights, ignition, FI, etc.
If this fails, you get: battery not charging, bike not starting, headlight dim, self-start issue, engine cutting off.
