Key Responsibilities:
Boiler Operation and Maintenance:
Operate and monitor high-capacity boilers and auxiliary equipment to maintain steam supply for production processes.
Perform regular checks to ensure the boiler and associated systems operate efficiently and safely.
Conduct preventive and routine maintenance of boilers, pumps, valves, and other equipment.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all boiler operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain logs of operations, maintenance activities, and inspections as per regulatory guidelines.
Identify and address any abnormalities or risks promptly to prevent accidents or downtime.
Efficiency Monitoring:
Monitor boiler parameters such as temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption to optimize performance.
Assist in implementing energy-saving practices to improve efficiency and reduce fuel usage.
Coordination and Support:
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet steam demand effectively.
Support troubleshooting and rectification of issues related to boilers and steam systems.
Emergency Management:
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including boiler malfunctions or system failures, to minimize impact on production.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must possess a valid First-Class Boiler Operator & Second-Class Boiler Operator Certificate issued by the relevant authority.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a boiler operator, preferably in a production/ manufacturing industry.
Thorough knowledge of boiler systems, operations, and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations, and energy-efficient practices.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in maintaining logs, records, and documentation.

Pay:
First Class (Boiler Attendant): ₹ 25,000.00 - ₹ 30,000.00 per month
Second Class (Boiler Attendant): ₹ 15,000.00 - ₹ 18,000.00 per month
