Successful 12,000 TPD Rotary Kiln Er****on at JK Cement – Jaisalmer Greenfield Project
Hajee A.P. Bava & Company Constructions Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is proud to announce the successful completion of the 12,000 TPD Rotary Kiln Er****on at the JK Cement Greenfield Project, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
This milestone stands as a testament to our engineering excellence, meticulous planning, uncompromising safety standards, and the dedication of our highly skilled workforce. Executing a project of this magnitude in the challenging desert environment of Rajasthan, amidst strong winds and demanding site conditions, reflects HAPBCO's capability to deliver complex heavy mechanical er****on works with precision and reliability.
The project involved the successful er****on and alignment of a 92-metre-long, 6-metre-diameter Rotary Kiln, with a total weight of 977 MT, utilizing a 500 MT crawler crane—demonstrating our expertise in large-scale heavy lifting and mechanical ex*****on.
We sincerely thank the Management of JK Cement Limited for their continued trust, valuable support, and excellent cooperation throughout the project.

190 MT Lift. One Team. One Milestone. 💪🏗️
Successful er****on of the 190 MT Rotary Kiln Tyre Shell Segment for the 12000 TPD Rotary Kiln at JK Cement Works, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, using a Zoomlion 500 MT Crawler Crane with 140 MT Superlift.

With the blessings of the Almighty, HAPBCO marked the auspicious commencement of the Dalmia Bharat Green Vision Ltd. – Pune Project with a traditional Startup Pooja held on 22 July 2026 at the project site in Ahiya Nagar, Maharashtra.
This milestone marks the beginning of another important chapter in our journey of delivering excellence in engineering, fabrication, er****on, and commissioning solutions for the cement industry.

We are delighted to share a remarkable achievement by our team at the MPL CaC₂ Plant.
Our team successfully erected 440 MT of structural steel for Furnace No. 10 (Workshop-6) in just five working days, setting a new benchmark in project ex*****on.
🔹 Heavy Equipment Deployed:
400 MT SANY Crane – Main er****on
400 MT Zoomlion Crane – Material shifting & support
270 MT Hitachi Crawler Crane – Material shifting & trailing operations
The structures were pre-assembled over 20 days, and er****on commenced immediately after receiving civil clearance on 10 July.
Out of the total 855 MT structural scope, we have successfully completed 8 major lifts totaling 440 MT. The remaining tie members, platforms, and chequered plates are currently under ex*****on.
This milestone reflects the dedication, meticulous planning, and seamless coordination of our entire team. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Adani project team for their unwavering support and cooperation throughout the ex*****on.
The credit for this remarkable achievement goes to the entire HAPBCO team at the MPL site, under the leadership of Mr. Senthil Kumaran and Mr. Sirajudheen. Their planning, coordination, and commitment, together with the relentless efforts of every team member working day and night, made this milestone possible while maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Engineering Excellence.
