Engineers & Partners Engineers & Partners is an Enterprise-level, that provides single-point monitoring and control of your building’s HVAC , Lighting & Environmental Control.

• Air conditioning heat load calculations as per ASHRAE codes and standards.
• Duct system design and routing as per SMACNA and DW codes and standards.
• Chilled water pipe design, pump head calculation and selection of pumps.
• Preparation of drawings for air conditioning equipment and accessories installation.
• Check and inspect the shop drawings for A/C equipments and accessories installation.


• Supervision of all Air-conditioning works by the various subcontractors from the beginning to the completion of the project.
• Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification.
• Checking of the installation of ducts and pipes for the quality of installation.
• Carry out inspection of pipes, ducts and all other HVAC equipments during testing and certifying them if they meet the required standards.
• Certify measurements and bills of sub contractors.
• Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected hvac projects
• HVAC system design, reviewing technical submission, boq’s and budget estimation for the same.
• BMS design reviewing technical submission, boq’s and budget estimation for the same.
• Project Manager on the execution front for all services, ensuring execution is done as per design, quality of work and on time delivery of project.
• Validating third party commissioning for HVAC and BMS system and ensuring system works as per design.
• On time project delivery of all services and commercial process closure for capitalization.
• Overall co ordination with the contractors, vendors, consultants in order to get a smooth work flow during project execution stage.
