Rotomill is an in-situ machining system designed to work on large, heavy components directly at their installation site, so the job does not need to be moved. It is widely used in industries such as power generation, shipbuilding, cement, wind energy, sugar processing, and large chemical plants and refineries.

The machine has a circular frame with spider arms that clamp securely onto the work surface. A rotating arm is mounted at the center of the frame and is driven by an electric motor with adjustable speed control. The machining unit is fixed at the end of this rotating arm. Depending on the type of operation required, different spindle units and axis-movement slides or attachments can be installed to achieve the desired machining process.
