FOSROC REEBAKLENS RR is a specialized, acid-based cleaning and surface conditioning agent designed to remove rust and mill scale from steel reinforcement bars before encasing them in concrete. It is also used to clean metal tools, remove hardened cement droppings, and lightly etch concrete surfaces

Key Features & Benefits
*Rapid Action: Quickly dissolves and removes stubborn rust, mill scale, and light oil or grease.
*Material Safety: Generally safe for use on most metals (except zinc and galvanized steel), wood, glass, and plastic.

How to ApplyPreparation: Wire brush heavy deposits to remove loose, flaky rust.
Ensure the metal or concrete surface is dry and free of excess dirt.
Application: Apply the liquid solution generously over the rusted area using a stiff brush, ensuring complete wetting
Reaction Time: Allow the agent to react for 16 to 24 hours.
Post-Reaction: A protective white residue will form. Before applying any protective or epoxy coatings, thoroughly wash the surface with clean water and wire brush the white residue away.
