Today ‘Uddhavmala constructions, Akola’ turned six !! on birth anniversary of our beloved father late. Shri Uddhavrao A. Nage.
Six glorious years and many more to come.
We have dealt with more than 150 projects in six years.
29 projects and counting in year 2023!!
Keep having faith on us and we will strive hard to meet your expectations.

With your blessings, we are marching forward strongly year by year.
We started from a small duplex schemes in ‘own developed projects category’: UDDHAVMALA-1 and UDDHAVMALA-2, a two duplex schemes.
In previous year we started our dream project of commercial & residential building named ‘UDDHAVMALA HEIGHTS’.
As usual you kept faith in us and we got almost full bookings for a project having nineteen (19) components/units.
Out of four shops- all are booked
five 1BHKs- all are booked
ten 2BHKs- eight are booked
This all happened due to people’s beliefs.

With your support and blessings we have launched our new project ‘UDDHAVMALA Row Houses’ and soon the construction and booking will start 🙏

Along with it, we will start a lavish six flats apartment project in the central area of the city.
we will post more details about the project very soon.

We are pleased to inform you about our new project ‘UDDHAVMALA HEIGHTS’ located at Malkapur -Yeota main road.
It has 10- 2bhks and 5- 1 bhks as a residential components and 4 shops.
We are very proud and thankful to our clients and well wishers as this project is booked with all the shops and all 1 bhks !!!
and only two components of 2bhks are available!!

1 जुलै 2017 पासून हा प्रवास सुरू झाला.
आम्ही तीन वर्षांपूर्वी या दिवशी आमचे स्वतःचे बांधकाम प्रतिष्ठान सुरू केले (उद्धवमाला कन्स्ट्रक्शन्स , अकोला)

1 जुलै ही आमच्या वडिलांची कै. श्री. उद्धवराव आ. नागे ह्यांची जन्मतारीख

आमच्या फर्मसाठी हे विशिष्ठ नाव निवडण्यामागे एक प्रामाणिक विचार होता !!
' #उद्धवमाला' हा शब्द आमच्या पालकांची नावे #उद्धव_आणि_वनमाला यांनी एकत्र केला आहे.
ह्या नावाचे पावित्र्य आणि सन्मान ठेवण्यास आम्ही बांधील आहोत!

आपल्या सर्व सहकार्यासह आणि आशीर्वादाने आम्ही तीन गौरवशाली वर्षे पूर्ण केली आहेत.
आपल्या समर्थन आणि प्रोत्साहनासह,

1 July 2017 was the date when this journey began.
We started our own construction firm on this day three years back.

1 July is the birth date of our beloved father
Late. Shri. Uddhavrao A. Nage
' ' is a word combined from , our parents' first names.
Choosing this particular name for a firm had a genuine thought behind it!!
We are bound to keep sanctity & dignity of the name!
We are working hard to thrive it!!
With all your support and blessings, we have completed three glorious years!!

With your support & encouragement,
have completed 51 plus planning work and 12 plus site executions in mere three years!!
Apart from that,
of two duplexes is completed and is in process of handing over to owners.
of four duplexes is in process.
