CTM Geogrid consists of a regular network of connected tensile elements made of high tensile polyester yarns with aperture geometry sufficient to permit significant mechanical interlock with the surrounding soil. The geogrid structure is dimensionally stable and able to retain its geometry under manufacture, transport, and installation. The high tensile polyester yarn provides relatively high tens

ile strength at low strains, high modulus, and low‐creep potential. The apertures vary in size and provide an open area of around 40%. The openings/holes in geogrids are rectangles in order to provide an effective soil grid
interaction. Geogrid is a tensile element introduced into the soil, which is weak in tension and cannot bear loads beyond its capacity, wherein the geogrid enhances the soil's capacity to bear loads. FEATURES OF CTM GEOGRID:

The "Big 3" Parameters for Winter Site Engineers: 1️⃣ Grid Aperture: Does your stone lock inside the grid or sit on top? No interlock = No strength. 🚫 2️⃣ Junction Strength: Pinch the cross-ribs. If they peel apart or twist, send it back. Weak junctions = Monsoon failure. 👎 3️⃣ Creep: Will it stretch over time? CTM’s Polyester grids are designed to hold tight for decades, not just days. 💪
