About Us:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Executive to join our team and handle tender-related activities across various platforms, including GeM (Government e-marketplace), e-procurement, and other government tender portals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
• Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals for tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
• Maintain and update records of bids, outcomes, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and departments.

Key Skills:
• Proficiency in using GeM, e-procurement portals, and other tender platforms.
• Strong knowledge of government tendering processes (N-procurement, Open tender, Limited tender).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret tender documents.
