acity of the company is 30,000 Tons p.a. The company also has a Foundry Division to manufacture quality Casting of various sizes (Single piece weight from 50 Kgs. in CI, SG, WCB & Alloy Steel. Today, the company possesses both Structure Rolling Mill – TMT Rolling Mill alongwith Melting and Casting Division under one roof, a rare fete unmatched in Gujarat. Such product-mix has opened new vistas, where customer servicing has become a lot easier, as they can now plan their varied requirement from one single window, thus saving valuable time and inventory. Steady alround growth in steel market, thereby increasing production demand gap, encouraged our company to undertake ambitious expansion plans on a fast track. This paved the way for a most modern high production TMT Rolling Mill for manufacturing high quality TMT Bar in wide range of sizes, right from 8 mm to 36 mm with an installed capacity of 1,00,000 MT p.a. In the first operative year, the company estimates to produce & market about 25000 MT. In second year the company estimates to produce and market about 65,000 MT, which will raise the company's bottom line at a significantly high level in terms of sales and profit. We have achieved a turnover of Rs.140 Crores this Financial Year i.e. 2009-10 and expect our turnover to be Rs.300 Crores in the next Financial Year 2010-11. Finally, our company aims to get optimum outputs in the forthcoming years, as was in the past several years till now, with the state-of-art technology. With this added capacity installation alongwith conventional structure rolling mill, under one roof has already found a wide acceptance in the market as it has helped customers not only to club their requirement of both structure rolled items and TMT Bars together, but can phase their requirements to take full advantage of lower transportation cost and reduced inventory level. This advantage has put us way ahead of others. This means there will be a steady growth in working independent of market fluctuation. Added technical advantage of latest technology of TMT Bars will further fuel the stability and growth. Previously used Twisted Bars lagged strength thus making room for mass consumption of TMT Bars having superiority in strength and reinforcement. Infrastructure Development is on Govt priority list. Building Bridges, Flyovers, Mega Townships are our end users who are also vying of their growth share thus providing us with ever increasing demand rise in a quantum leap. We are expanding our market base to neighbouring States also. Incidentally, in these States such big capacities are not installed yet, thus providing us with a greater market share.
