CEL’s strengths include state of the art facilities for manufacturing high precision components and conducting component & rotor repairs.
•Manufacturing Facility
State-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread across 3500 m2, equipped to manufacture a wide range of turbine components (both capital & consumable parts) including Compressor Stator and Rotor blades, Inlet Guide Vanes, Fuel Nozzles, Shrouds and many other parts, along with high precision components for aero – engines.
•Welding, Heat Treatment, Coating & Repairs
Repair shop spread across 1500 m2 with hi tech booths and technology for welding, heat treatment, coating and repairing of different components.
•Heavy Machining & Rotor Balancing Facility
Rotor shop spread across 2000 m2 of shop floor, office, store, quality and inspection areas, equipped with imported machines, tools & tackles, jigs & fixtures and measuring & inspection instruments for overhauling gas and steam turbine rotors. Our management comprises experienced professionals with outstanding technical and managerial capabilities, industry experts having in-depth knowledge and rich experience capable of executing large scale gas/ steam turbine and aerospace/ defense projects across the globe.
