✨ Celebrating a Remarkable Journey at Perfect Group, Ahmedabad ✨
Yesterday, we gathered for a heartfelt send-off and farewell lunch with our beloved colleague Mr. Bhika Bhai, joined by employees, senior managers, and directors of the company.
Mr. Bhika Bhai’s journey is nothing short of inspiring — he joined Perfect at the young age of 19 and dedicated his life to the textile industry for nearly six decades, serving with passion and commitment until the age of 77. Due to health reasons, he is now being relieved from active service, but the doors of Perfect will always remain open for him to visit and extend his wisdom whenever he wishes.
His story is a living example of our core belief at Perfect Group: long associations and retaining talent for decades. We are proud that several of our employees continue to serve with more than 40 years of experience, making Perfect not just a workplace, but a family.
During the farewell lunch, we shared memories, laughter, and gratitude — a true reflection of the bond that defines our organization. The glimpses of this gathering remind us that behind every machine, every innovation, and every milestone, it is the people who make the journey meaningful.
