**כביש 6 צפון גשר דליה**

לאחר השלמת גשר נילי במקטע 18 של כביש 6 שתוכנן אף הוא במשרד, החלו העבודות על גשר דליה שהוא דומה באופי לגשר נילי רק הרבה יותר גבוהה מעל הקרקע הקיימת מה שמתבטא בקונסטרוקציית פלדה זמנית ייחודית.
בשלב זה בוצע המקטע הצפוני ומבוצע בימים אלה המקטע הדרומי. לאחר מכן יבוצע המקטע המרכזי במפתח של 66 מ ולאחריו שני מקטעי הביניים.

Following the completion of Nily bridge at section 18 of road 6 which was also designed by the office, the works on Dalia bridge have begun. The bridge is quite similar in nature to Nily bridge just much higher from the existing ground level- what led to a unique temporary steel support structure. Currently the north span was completed and works on the south span are taking place. Afterwards the central span of 66m will be carried out followed by the two inner spans.

עבודות הבטון הסתיימו. שטח המיסעה הגדול של כ-8000 מ״ר הושלמו במספר יציקות כאשר האחרונה התקיימה לפני כשבועיים. נשארו התקנת מעקים, איטום מיסעה והשלמת סוללות הגישה וקירות הקרקע משוריינת.

Cip concrete works are over. The large superstructure area of around 8000 m^2 were caried out in several casts in which the last one took place two weeks ago. Works to be completed: installation of barriers, waterproofing of the superstructure slab and completion of the embankments including MSE walls.

תחילת ביצוע טבלת מיסעה בגשר 17 כאשר המסילה המזרחית כבר פעילה. הגשר מתחיל לקבל צורה סופית.

Superstructure slab works have begun when the eastern railway is already active. Bridge final appearance starts to be visible.

**כביש 6 קטע 18- גשר נילי**

לאחר ביצוע דריכות ופירוק התבניות במקטע הדרומי הראשון, מבוצעת הברזלנות והנחת העורקים במקטע הדרומי השני. המקטעים הפנימיים כוללים גם בליסטרים מרכזיים תחתונים.

Following the post tensioning and formwork stripping at the first south segment, reinforcement and ducts are being installed at the second segment. Inner spans include also bottom mid blisters.

המשך הנפות בגשר 17- הפעם במפתח המרכזי בו הקורות הסטנדרטיות באורך של כ-32 מ׳. בהמשך יונפו גם קורות הכוללות זיז כלפי מפתחי הקצה באורך של כ-40 מ׳.

Girder er****on continues at BR-17 this time with the standard central span girders with length of 32m. Soon also the cantilever girders that reach 40 m will be erected.

אחרי פירוק התבניות ניתן לראות את הגאומטריה הקמורה של הגשר שבגינה נבחרה שיטת הביצוע של יציקה ודריכה באתר. נשארו קירות הקרקע משוריינת בסוללות הגישה משני צידי הגשר.

After dismantling of the scaffolding the convex geometry of the superstructure is to be seen for which the construction method of cast in place was chosen. MSE walls at the approach ramps to the bridge are next to be carried out.

בשבוע שעבר בוצעה הנפת קורות ראשונה מתוך יותר מ-100 קורות מתוכננות בגשר. הקורות הסטנדרטיות במפתח הקצה יוצרו במפעל סיבוס רימון בדריכת קדם והקורות הזיזיות יוצרו במפעל שדה באתר בדריכת אחר.

Last week the first girder er****on took place. The bridge comprises of more than a hundred of them designed in several methods. At the end spans the standard girders are pretensioned whereas the cantilever girders are c.i.p p.t at the site.

לאחר השלמת המבנה התחתון בגשר נילי החלו העבודות לביצוע המיסעה במקטע הדרומי. המיסעה מתוכננת כחתך ארגזי ותחובר מספר חודשים מתום הביצוע אל מיסעות הגשרים הקיימים כדי לאפשר זחילה והצטמקות.
קרדיט לאנשי הביצוע: אריאל סמואלס, ימאן עמאשה וחאלד אבו קטיש מסולל בונה.
תכנון מבנה תחתון- אמי מתום.

Following the completion of the substructure, works have begun on the superstructure starting with the southmost segment. The superstructure is designed as a box girder which will be connected after several months after its completion to the existing bridges’ superstructures to allow for sufficient creep and shrinkage strains.
