השבוע התקיימה הדרכה מקצועית לצוותי הייצור וההנדסה המכנית שלנו, בנושא הפעלת מכונות CNC באמצעות תוכנת Fusion 360.

במהלך יומיים של למידה ותרגול, הצוותים התנסו בהיכרות עם התוכנה, בתכנון ובהפקת תוכניות עיבוד, לצד עבודה מעשית על המכונות, כיול ופתרון תקלות.
החיבור בין התכנון ההנדסי לרצפת הייצור מאפשר לנו לעבוד בצורה יעילה, מדויקת ומסונכרנת יותר בדיוק כמו שאנחנו אוהבים.

בבלובירד אנחנו מאמינים שלמידה מתמשכת היא המפתח להתפתחות של העובדים ושל החברה כולה.

אחרי תקופה של עשייה אינטנסיבית, יצאנו עם צוותי הייצור והמנועים לעצור קצת את השגרה וליהנות מזמן משותף מחוץ לעבודה.

יצאנו יחד לפעילות גיבוש שכללה רפטינג מלא באנרגיות, מסעדה, ערב על האש ולינה משותפת באוהלים 🙂

מעבר לחוויה הכיפית, זו הייתה הזדמנות לחזק את החיבור בין הצוותים, ליהנות מזמן איכות משותף ולהוקיר תודה לאנשים שעומדים מאחורי העבודה החשובה כל כך שלנו.

מה הקשר בין בלובירד לאגד?

אתמול אירחנו קבוצה של גמלאי אגד לביקור היכרות מרגש ומיוחד. הביקור התקיים בעקבות הקשר האישי והמשפחתי של אחד מגמלאי אגד, אביו של רונן (מייסד ומנכ”ל החברה), אשר עובד כיום ב-BlueBird Aero Systems לאחר שנים רבות של עשייה בחברת אגד.
קבוצת הגימלאים, כולם “חברי אגד” ובנות זוגם, וכולם חברים ומכירים זה את זה עשרות שנים, וחלקם מכירים את רונן מגיל צעיר, שכעוד רק התחיל להטיס טיסנים...

במהלך הביקור נחשפו האורחים לפעילות החברה, לעולמות הטכנולוגיה והחדשנות שבהם אנו עוסקים וליכולות המתקדמות שלנו. עבור גמלאי אגד הייתה זו הזדמנות מרתקת להכיר מקרוב חברה ישראלית מובילה, לראות בעיניים איך מייצרים מטוס משלב בניית הגוף ועד לשלב הבדיקות הסופיות, לפגוש את אנשי בלובירד ולשמוע על הדרך שבה ניסיון, מסירות, ערכים והתמדה באים לידי ביטוי בתוצאות ויכולות מבצעיות.

הביקור נשא גם אופי משפחתי וחם במיוחד, שכן הקשר של משפחתו של רונן לחברה אינו מסתכם רק באביו. גם ניצן, בתו של רונן, עובדת כיום בחברה כמנהלת מחלקת ההדרכה, ובכך נוצר חיבור בין-דורי יוצא דופן של משפחה, יזמות, עבודה, מחויבות, חברות וגאווה ישראלית.

המפגש בין גמלאי אגד לבין עובדי בלובירד הדגיש את הערכים המשותפים של אחריות, מקצועיות, התמדה ותרומה לחברה הישראלית. זה היה ביקור מעורר השראה, שחיבר בין עבר עשיר של עשייה ציבורית לבין חזון יזמי ועתיד טכנולוגי מתקדם ופורץ דרך!

נראה היה שכל הצדדים נהנו 😊

שמחנו לארח בשבוע שעבר סטודנטים מהמרכז האקדמי רופין מהפקולטה להנדסה, בחוג למדעי המחשב לביקור מקצועי ומעשיר.

במסגרת המפגש, הציגו הסטודנטים פרויקטים העוסקים ברחפנים אוטונומיים ובכלי אינטגרציה וסימולציה להכשרת מזל”טים לטיסה. לאחר מכן התקיים שיח על הממשק שבין האקדמיה לתעשייה, מגמות טכנולוגיות בולטות וצרכים עתידיים בשטח.

אנו מודים לנציגי רופין ולסטודנטים על הביקור ושמחים על ההזדמנות להכיר מקרוב את דור המהנדסים הבא ולבחון אפשרויות לשיתופי פעולה עתידיים.

אתמול חגגנו את הקיץ ואת ההתחלות החדשות שבדרך עם הפי האוור קיצי במיוחד ☀️
עצרנו לרגע את שגרת העבודה כדי להתחבר וליהנות יחד 😊
התפנקנו ביוגורטים עם תוספות צבעוניות, שייקים מרעננים והרבה מצב רוח טוב!

במסגרת המפגש ציינו גם רגע מרגש עבורנו, העלייה לכיתה א׳ של ילדי העובדים. חילקנו להם ערכות שכללו תיקים וקלמרים עם כל הציוד הדרוש לזינוק מוצלח, כדי שיפתחו את השנה החדשה עם המון חיוכים והתרגשות של התחלה חדשה 🤩
עבורנו, תרבות ארגונית נבנית גם מהרגעים הקטנים האלה: לחגוג יחד, ללוות את העובדים והמשפחות שלהם ולציין אבני דרך חשובות בחיים.

אנו מאחלים לכל העולים והעולות לכיתה א׳ שנת לימודים נפלאה, מלאה בסקרנות, חברים חדשים והצלחות! 📚✨
