BlueBird Aero Systems was proud to present its systems at AFRIDEX under HLS International Ltd., alongside representatives from Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy, NIMASA, and the Nigerian Navy.

A key highlight was a successful and impressive field demonstration conducted under the DEEPBLUE Project, which focuses on strengthening the protection of Nigeria’s maritime borders. We’re honored to support this important initiative with our systems.

We were pleased to welcome a Swiss delegation for a live field demonstration and a visit to BlueBird Aero Systems.

The successful demonstration showcased the deployment, takeoff and flight capabilities of our WanderB-VTOL, followed by SpyX operating simultaneously in the air to demonstrate the Sensor-to-Shooter cycle — from target detection to strike.

Back at our facilities, we presented BlueBird’s capabilities and discussed our combat-proven solutions for Switzerland’s evolving operational requirements.

Thank you to our guests for the visit and the open, productive discussions. We look forward to continuing the dialogue!

Last week, we took part in the MARE MED 4 conference at the offices of Herzog Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv, alongside representatives from Greece and Cyprus.

Avishai Inbar, our Senior Director of Business Development, presented BlueBird Aero Systems and discussed opportunities to expand our activities in Greece and Cyprus through local partnerships.
We were pleased to bring a model of the WanderB-VTOL to the conference, giving participants the opportunity to see the system up close and sparking conversations about capabilities, needs, and opportunities for collaboration.

We concluded the day at a reception hosted at the residence of the Ambassador of Greece to Israel. Our thanks to the organizers, the Ambassador, and everyone we met for the warm hospitality and open, productive discussions.

We look forward to staying in touch and advancing practical collaborations!

מנהל הנדסת המכניקה שלנו, יובל הולדשטיין ייצג אותנו בכנס Systematics Next 2026 ושיתף באתגרים שמלווים את פיתוח הפלטפורמות שלנו, בדגש על עולם הסימולציות.
בהרצאתו הציג יובל את מבנה החברה והפלטפורמות השונות, וסיפר על האתגרים הייחודיים בפיתוח מערכות אוויריות- החל מהתאמות מדויקות לדרישות הלקוח ועד לעמידה בתנאי סביבה קיצוניים, והוסיף שכדי להביא מוצר לשוק מהר יותר ובשל יותר, אנחנו משלבים בדיקות מעמיקות וניסויים מתקדמים, מתוך הבנה שככל שהמערכת בוגרת יותר, היא מגיעה ללקוח ברמת אמינות גבוהה בהרבה.

איך עושים את זה נכון? באמצעות שילוב מוקדם של סימולציות בתהליך, כי כמו שיובל היטיב לנסח: ״המוטיבציה היא לגלות את הבעיות כשהן עדיין במחשב ולא באוויר אי שם״. מעבר לבדיקה טכנית בלבד, התפיסה ההנדסית שלנו רואה באנליזה חלק בלתי נפרד מהתוויית הדרך, שהרי ״בעולם של פיתוח מערכות אוויריות ואמינות שיבצעו את המטרה, אנליזה היא לא שלב בתהליך הפיתוח, אלא היא כלי לקבלת החלטות!״

עצרנו לציין את אירועי 7 באוקטובר במפגש עוצמתי ומרגש במיוחד תחת הכותרת “מעשים, לא דיבורים”

זכינו לארח את רס״ן במיל׳ רועי רחמים וסרן במיל׳ אלעד בן־עמי, ששיתפו אותנו בצורה כנה וישירה במסלול הלחימה של הפלוגה מהרגע הראשון שבו הכל התחיל. הם תיארו את ההקפצה וההתייצבות המיידית בבוקר השבת השחורה, את הקרבות הקשים וההיתקלויות לטיהור יישובי העוטף והקיבוצים ובהמשך את הכניסה לתמרון הקרקעי העמוק בתוך רצועת עזה ובלחימה בחאן יונס.

מעבר לתיאורי הקרבות והאתגרים המבצעיים, מה שנגע בלב של כולנו היו הסיפורים האישיים על החברים שלצידם- על אחוות הלוחמים, על הרעות שנרקמה תחת אש ועל אלו שכבר אינם איתנו, שגבורתם וזכרם מלווים אותם בכל צעד.

תודה עמוקה לרועי ולאלעד על השיתוף המרגש, על ההקרבה ועל ההזדמנות החשובה לעצור כקהילה, להקשיב, להצדיע ולזכור.
