We held a very special farewell event for Engineer Mohammad Yassin,
who has been a cornerstone of our work on the Eastern Railway Project – Section D over the past five years.

Mohammad joined us in 2020, and from day one it was clear —
he’s not just an excellent engineer, but a true leader.

His dedication, precision, and calm leadership set the tone for the entire team.

The farewell event took place on-site, with representatives from Israel Railways, Waxman-Govrin, Shikun & Binui, and our engineering team —
a moment filled with respect, appreciation, and friendship.

Iftar– Ramadan 2025 | Malkom Civil Engineering

This week, we hosted a special Iftar meal for our engineers and staff at the Ambassador Hotel in Jerusalem

During the event, our CEO and founder, Eng. Malek abu madi , expressed deep appreciation and pride. He shared that Malkom has been active for over 12 years, achieving significant milestones in the civil engineering sector.

But our greatest accomplishment is that Malkom has become a launchpad for young engineers – recruiting, training, and supporting dozens of young engineers who have integrated into the industry.

Some remain with us and continue to grow, while others have moved forward on their own paths – but each one is a part of Malkom’s success story.

We remain committed to empowering engineers from our community and will continue to invest in the next generation.

A special note of gratitude and appreciation was given to the Malkom team for their professional, reliable, and ethical work.

The evening also featured a fun and challenging Quiz Night, with great prizes for the winners.

إفطار رمضاني 2025 | شركة مالكوم للهندسة المدنية

نظّمت شركة مالكوم للهندسة المدنية هذا الأسبوع إفطارًا رمضانيًا لمهندسيها وموظفيها في فندق الإمباسادور في القدس .

خلال الأمسية، ألقى المدير العام ومؤسس الشركة المهندس مالك ابوماضي كلمة عبّر فيها عن فخره العميق. وأشار إلى أن شركة مالكوم تنشط منذ أكثر من 12 عامًا، وحققت خلالها إنجازات بارزة في مجال الهندسة المدنية.

لكن الإنجاز الأكبر هو أن مالكوم أصبحت منصة انطلاق للمهندسين الشباب – حيث قامت بتوظيف، تدريب، ومرافقة عشرات المهندسين الذين اندمجوا في سوق العمل.
