نصائح في حال سُكب ماء أو قهوة أو أي سائل على جهازك
إذا انسكب سائل على اللابتوب، أطفئه فوراً وافصله عن الكهرباء والبطارية (إن أمكن)، ثم اقلبه على شكل حرف V على منشفة لتصريف السائل، وجفف سطحه بقطعة قماش ناعمة، واتركه ليجف تماماً لمدة 24 ساعة على الأقل قبل محاولة تشغيله، مع تجنب استخدام مجفف الشعر، واستشر متخصصاً إذا كان السائل لزجاً أو بكمية كبيرة.

خطوات فورية (الثواني الأولى):
أطفئ الجهاز: اضغط باستمرار على زر الطاقة لمدة 6-10 ثوانٍ حتى ينطفئ تماماً.
افصل كل شيء: افصل الشاحن، وأي ملحقات متصلة (USB، ماوس، إلخ).
أزل البطارية: إذا كانت قابلة للإزالة، قم بإزالتها فوراً لقطع التيار الكهربائي بالكامل.
اقلب الجهاز: افتح اللابتوب واقلبه رأساً على عقب على شكل حرف "V" على منشفة جافة، لتصريف السائل للأسفل بعيداً عن المكونات الداخلية.
جفف السطح: امسح السائل الظاهر على لوحة المفاتيح والشاشة بقطعة قماش ناعمة أو منشفة ورقية، مع تجنب الضغط الشديد.
خطوات التجفيف:
الصبر هو المفتاح: اترك اللابتوب في وضع الانقلاب ليجف لمدة 24 ساعة على الأقل في مكان دافئ وجيد التهوية، حسب شركة إنتل.
لا تستخدم الحرارة: تجنب استخدام مجفف الشعر أو أي مصدر حرارة آخر، فقد يدفع السائل للداخل أو يسبب ضرراً إضافياً، حسب إنتل.
لا تشغل الجهاز: إياك تشغيله قبل التأكد من جفافه التام.
الخطوة المهمة أيضا :اذا لم يعمل الجهاز لا تحاول تشغيله أكثر من مرة مباشرة توجه بالجهاز الى أقرب مركز صيانة معتمد
