🌟 Shoutout to Chez Emily! 🌟

If there’s one thing we can get behind at Caterboss, it’s a great family business… especially when chocolate is involved! 😍🍫

Back in July 1996, on what was probably a rainy day (let’s face it – it’s Ireland), Chez Emily Handmade Chocolates was born - lovingly named after Ferdinand and Helena’s only daughter, Emily. ❤️

The early years took plenty of hard work and perseverance, but today Chez Emily has two retail outlets, a strong presence across Ireland and plenty of well-deserved awards along the way. 🏆

And at the heart of it all? Family recipes, traditional methods and seriously good chocolate.

Their chocolates are still handmade using quality Irish ingredients and pure Belgian chocolate made from sustainable cocoa. And yes… they taste every bit as good as they sound. 🤤

We’re delighted to have Chez Emily as a Caterboss customer and to play a small part in the story of this brilliant Irish family business.

Shoutout to Merci Beaucoup Cakes! 🎂

They specialize in French desserts, patisseries and macarons (yummy 🤤)

Merci Beaucoup Cakes was founded by a talented couple with plenty of experience in the baking industry. Jeremy trained for five years in patisserie and culinary school in France, while Alona brings an incredible ten years of experience in the baking industry.

They now have a commercial premises in Ardee, Co. Louth.

Their patisseries have a way of transporting you straight to France. Think sitting at a little café near the Eiffel Tower, coffee in hand, taking in the atmosphere and watching the world go by.☕🥐

We, at Caterboss, are thrilled that you chose us to provide some of your catering equipment, and we can’t wait to see where your journey takes you.
