Did you know! We cover all of County Mayo for property surveys, including Ballina 😉 💚❤️

Our service is the most comprehensive you can get. We include a Planning Search, Map & Boundary Inspection and Thermal Imagery as standard for all our property surveys. Others charge extra for this or don’t offer it, but we include it as standard in all our quotes.

Also, we are not a referral service. When you book us, you book a member of our team who is directly employed by Dwayne and My Engineer Ltd. Kate will handle your quote, booking, keys and queries! Tommy, Liam and Stephen will survey your property and handle your report, which will only be issued when Dwayne has then reviewed every aspect and detail of it, before it is sent to you 🫵

You can get a free online quote from our website. If you are buying in Ballina, Co. Mayo, we have got you covered.

We were kept very busy in July in County Galway and County Mayo 🏡 We carried out Pre-Purchase inspections in areas as far as Belmullet in Mayo and Inverin in Galway. Here are some of the stunning properties we were in!

Do you need a Pre-Purchase or a Pre-Sale survey? 📝

What our Pre-Purchase and Pre-Sale reports include as standard:

🔍 Planning Search – We check zoning, planning history, protected structures & more.

🗺️ Boundary Check – We compare maps to what’s actually on the ground (yes, boundaries are a common issue!).

🏗️ Structure & Building Regs – From attic to foundations, we check for cracks, damp, rot & fire safety.
