Another bespoke washer shipped out in March, manufactured to our customer’s exact specifications and in their unique company livery. In addition to building shafts for our own range of washers, we also supply cast wear parts, components and complete shafts for other brands.

We have a huge stock of chrome-allow castings here in and our range is always expanding. We ❤️ repeat business. After Finnegan Sands bought a new Trio®️ 44” washer from us back in 2010, we provided them with parts and tech support ever since. When that machine had a recent major failure, we were on hand to upgrade them to a new Twin 36”washer from our stock, and have them quickly back into production.
They also used the downtime to install a CSS 10x4 trash screen to remove the organic lightweights from the natural gravel material. We were also happy to trade the old Trio®️ washer, which will go through a full refurb and find another new home later in the year. repeatbusiness

We ❤️ repeat business. After Finnegan Sands bought a new Trio®️ 44” washer from us back in 2010, we provided them with parts and tech support ever since.
