Commonly the garage is the place where most of the items that make you think you might use or need one day end up.

💡 If you haven't used it in the past five years, the chances are high you will never use it or need it.

HOW TO DECLUTTER AND ORGANISE GARAGE
• If possible take everything out and give a good clean.
• Because so many different types of items are stored in a garage, I recommend organising in zones. Begin by grouping like items with like items.
• Tools
• Garden tools
• Sport equipment
• Camping gear
• Car care supplies etc.
• Declutter, declutter, declutter.
• Having a hard time letting go of things you spent a lot of money on? The money has already been spent, so whether you keep the item (and never use it) or let it go, the money spent on it is not coming back. It’s best to just let go and make better spending decisions in the future.
• Next, designate an area in your garage for each category you've created.
• It is best to use stackable plastic containers with good fitting tops, instead of cardboard
• When possible, try to create storage space in your garage that is up and off the ground to maximize space.
• Label everything to identify the contents, so you can find things easily later.

As a designated storage space, there is no denying that attic is extremely handy for keeping occasional-use items out of the main part of your home. But it can also very easily become a disaster area, so it is important to consider carefully what goes up there.

HOW TO DECLUTTER AND ORGANISE ATTIC

• You should put aside a good chunk of time for decluttering and organising your attic. It is one of the longest and hardest projects so I recommend calling a friend o hiring help.

❗❗ Professional Organiser can get your attic into shape so that everything you need is accessible and you won't trip over or lose item each time you go up there. • Next divide your attic into zones and declutter one zone at the time by taking everything out and looking trough every box or bag.

If you’re like most people, you spend the majority of your time at home in the kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and it’s where everyone gathers to talk about the day, cook meals, do homework, share stories, and eat.
The kitchen acts as a center stage for our lives, which is why it’s often the most cluttered room in the house. And this clutter can cause us to overeat, make impulse purchases, and experience feelings of stress and anxiety.

HOW TO DECLUTTER AND ORGANISE KITCHEN

• Start by decluttering the hen countertops
(step by step process you can find in my earlier post)
* I recommend decluttering one cupboard/drawer at the time to avoid overwhelm and a bigger mess.
• After decluttering process, divide your kitchen into zones. The point of dividing your kitchen into zones is so you can store things in the right place to improve your cooking flow.

Bathrooms are the smallest rooms in any home, and they are usually the messiest. Even though you are not a border, its easy to let all the products, that keep you clean and presentable, stockpile under your sink, or inside your cabinet.

HOW TO DECLUTTER AND ORGANISE BATHROOM

• No matter what type of space you are planning to organise, it is always a good idea to begin by decluttering.
• Only keep products you use daily in your bathroom.
• Decluttering always reveals hidden areas that tend to become dusty or dirty over time.
• Organise your bathroom products by categories:
• Skincare
• Makeup
• Haircare, etc.
• If you share a bathroom with other family members, you can create a personalized box for each person to keep their own grooming supplies.

💡 TIP - If you need additional storage, always measure your bathroom carefully to make sure you not buying something that won't fit in your space.

• Now that you have discovered how to declutter your bathroom and it's super clean and organised, the best thing to do is to try and keep it that way.
