Pre insulated single leaf clay block system . No drought, no mould just comfortable indoor temperature with extremely low heating bills.

Welcome to Clayblock® Ireland…. We would like to introduce you to the best masonry wall product range available now throughout Ireland. These products manufactured from natural clay, are produced by the world’s largest manufacturer in Germany. The technique and methods used to construct buildings with these products resonate traditional methods of masonry walling with improved speed and accuracy. This popular wall system is the most successful across Europe for decades. It has grown massively in the United Kingdom over the past five years and is now available here in Ireland. Gone are the days of multiple layers of blockwork and insulation to barely meet the building regulations. These clay products are supported with a complete range of lintels, ties and fixing options as well as insulating, airtightness and plastering options. It is very easy to meet and exceed building regulations in terms of U-values with some products achieving the required 0.21w/m2K without the need for any additional insulation at all! These blocks also provide an important thermal mass element for the building and help to regulate seasonal humidity changes within their structure. If you prefer a masonry solution for your project which encompasses sustainable products, speed of construction and comfortable living then this is the solution for you. Thank you,

Clayblock® Ireland...Traditional values with modern comfort.....

Letterkenny is embracing a better way to build.

It’s clear that more people are moving away from traditional concrete block construction in search of a healthier, reliable, more energy-efficient alternative. In fact, even a large building complex opposite the site we visited is set to be demolished.
The interest in the Clayblock system was overwhelming. People welcomed a building solution they can trust—one that delivers outstanding thermal performance, long-term comfort, lower energy costs, and healthier living conditions for a lifetime. Planning a new build? Send your drawings to [email protected], and we’ll prepare a full material quantity take-off for your project.
