Third day at grass already and cuts are surprisingly heavy. In this year of high costs wagon silage is the most efficient way of getting high quality silage into your yard be it 1st/2nd/3rd or 4th cuts. Give us a call if you want to try it and see for yourself. Some people still try to say wagon silage isn’t chopped well enough but with modern wagons this is only the case if they’re not maintained or set correctly. ‘Got on great with the steering system Jonthan, serious piece of kit. Unbelievable the technology that's there now.
Definitely been a saving on diesel this year with it, especially furrow pressing ground ahead of drilling, a job i would of been overlapping by upto a foot every run the last few years and thought nothing of it.
