We’re delighted to have been appointed by John Paul Construction as the principal precast and ready-mixed concrete supplier for the landmark Parkgate Street development in Dublin. As part of the project, Kilsaran will manufacture, supply and install approximately 97,000m² of precast flooring and wall systems for what will become one of Ireland’s most significant residential developments.

The development will deliver 562 new apartments and will feature Parkgate Pointe, a 30-storey tower set to become Ireland’s tallest building at 102 metres.

This appointment reflects the strength of our manufacturing capability, technical expertise, logistics network and installation experience, with production taking place across our facilities in Arthurstown, Brownstown and Oranmore.

Our team has also been heavily involved in the preconstruction design phase, working closely with project stakeholders to help deliver an integrated precast solution for this landmark city-centre development

Three projects. Multiple locations. One dedicated surfacing team.

Our Road Surfacing & Contracting business unit has been exceptionally busy recently, delivering works across residential developments, town centre schemes and public infrastructure projects throughout Ireland.

Featured in these images are projects in Balbriggan, Kilmartin Town Centre, and the R411 in Wicklow, where we have been supplying, laying and delivering premium asphalt surfacing solutions to the highest standards.

Whether it's supporting major housing developments or improving critical road infrastructure, our experienced crews continue to provide the expertise, resources and commitment needed to keep projects moving forward.

Great work by everyone involved.
